Q: What is the country of origin of your products?

A: The concentrate used in our perfumes is French, coming from Grasse, the city of French perfume par excellence. The perfumes are created by a French nose, which makes them auteur perfumes, also known as niche perfumes. The raw materials used are of high quality and respect the charter of the IFRA (International Fragrance Association). However, the packaging, including alcoholing and filling, is done in Mexico.

A: At Dada Paris, we are committed to offering products of exceptional quality. Our perfumes are made with high quality raw materials, carefully selected, to create unique olfactory compositions. Each perfume is signed by a renowned French nose, guaranteeing the excellence and authenticity of our creations.

Returns and exchange

Q: What are the conditions for a return or an exchange?

A: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: The item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. The return request must be submitted within two weeks (14 days) from the delivery date. The original receipt, order number or proof of purchase must accompany the return request.

Q: What is the procedure for returns and exchanges?

A: To make a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@dada.paris indicating your order number, a detailed description of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to proceed. Be sure to package the item properly to avoid damage in transit.

Q: What about return shipping costs?

A: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds and vouchers

Q: How does the refund work?

A: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within a reasonable time, depending on your chosen payment method.

Q: Do you offer vouchers for returns?

A: Yes, instead of a refund, you can choose to receive a voucher for the value of the returned item. The voucher will be valid for one year and can be used for future purchases at Dada Paris.

Non-returnable items

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

A: Yes, some items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons, including opened or used products.

Damaged or defective items

Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

A: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@dada.paris. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund, at our option, after verification of the damage or defect.
